My Physical Therapy practice began in 2016 after a career change from neuroscience and biosafety. I am a 2015 graduate of the University of St. Augustine for Heath Sciences in San Diego with a doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors. I utilize a diverse skill set including manual therapy, neuro-motor planning, and personalized programming to my treatments. I seek the root cause of the problem and treat accordingly. My main values are patient education, empowerment, and truly listening to my patients to create a cohesive plan.

My goal is to be your guide, not your hero. My focus is giving you back the control in your health and providing support in the mitigation of injury and rehabilitation.

My story in becoming a PT is not typical. In high school, I suffered a back injury and received very poor quality PT. I self discharged and proceeded to try and fix it on my own. During college and beyond, I was plagued with recurrent back pain and ended up in the emergency room following one lacrosse game. It wasn’t until entering PT school 6 years after graduation that I learned what proper therapy should involve and began taking the correct steps to heal my mind and body. I went from being unable to run 4 steps without pain to being able to return to running and Crossfit pain free.

I value high quality care and it has become my mission to create space for you to be empowered, educated, and resilient.

When not treating patients, I can be found with my husband, son, and dog traveling or being outside. I am a crossfitter, lacrosse player, and work with Westborough youth lacrosse in movement and plyometric training and also coach their 7/8th grade teams. I also learn a new sport each year with 2022 being open water rowing!
